With multiple successful funds launched in the past in the telecommunication, pharmaceutical & food industry, commercial property, renewable energy and mining industries.

We are a multidisciplinary team which includes skills and experience in fund raising, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, leverage buy outs(LBO’s) and debt restructuring including securitisation.
